Please allow up to 12 days for processing and shipping. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking number. I cannot be held responsible for orders lost in the mail. If your order time-sensitive, please email shopwovenearth@gmail.com and I will provide a quote. Buyer is responsible for any extra shipping fees and can be paid through PayPal or Venmo.

RETURNS

In effort to practice mindful consumerism, please read the description about each piece before purchasing. I do not accept returns. If your order arrives damaged please contact me with a photo of the piece within 2 days of its arrival and I will exchange it with a similar piece of equal value. WHOLESALE

Wood-fired ceramics are not eligible for wholesale due to unpredictable firing results, however I am open to consignment on wood-fired pieces. To learn more about the wood-firing process, click here. Electric kiln fired ceramics are eligible for wholesale. Please contact shopwovenearth@gmail.com to learn more and see if it’s a good fit for both parties.
